Is Czech language difficult??

I'm being honest, Czech is quite easy for us to learn. Since it has many similar words and simple phrases you can understand even without learning the language.

But like any language, learning Czech happens to your “cheerful” moments. A huge number of exception words can be confusing at first. Since many Czech words, sounding the same in our language, have exactly the opposite meaning. For example: table [say chair] - it is a table, amazing [we pronounce terrible] – amazing, body [say corpse] – body, fresh [we pronounce callous] - fresh, fruit [pronounce ovotse] - fruits.

And there are also words, which we find funny: legs [khaki] - persimmon, bydlo [redneck] - living, pickles [cigarette butts] – cucumbers.

Same, Czechs have some interesting consonants, for example a letter “r“, which has sound “rj“. It takes time to get used to it and practice reading it in words. By the way Czech alphabet, if you want to know about other unusual letters.

Besides, Czechs also have cases, but the endings are a little different from ours – here's a real quest for you!

But, do not worry, they also have their own system and it’s possible to learn all this and speak soon.

Everything is easy to learn, if the lessons are taught by an experienced teacher. Our Czech teachers have sufficient experience and qualifications (language level C1-C2), to help you overcome all possible and impossible difficulties.

Charge yourself with patience, sign up for a trial lesson and the results will definitely amaze you! 🚀

Individual Czech lessons online

Who is suitable for individual Czech language lessons online?? Of course, ago, who wants to gain new knowledge in a comfortable environment. This is an excellent training option not only for beginners from scratch, but also for those who want to improve their knowledge of the Czech language.

How many times a week should you study Czech??

We believe, that to productively study the Czech language via Skype or Zoom you need to study 3 once a week. And there are reasons for this:

  1. If there is a long break between lessons (Sunday for example), then from lesson to lesson you will only remember, what was taught in the last lesson, and you won’t have time to fully cover the new material.
  2. A large amount of new information must be assimilated.
  3. You need to have time to do your homework thoughtfully.

Benefits of individual Czech lessons:

  • Firstly, the teacher pays attention exclusively to you, adjusts the program to your interests and goals.
  • Secondly, very easy to find a convenient time, so that there are no distractions in the lesson, and the brain was free to perceive Czech.

You can always suggest your own topic for study, return to a complex grammar rule or focus the course on speaking.

Yes, Compared to group lessons, individual lessons are slightly more expensive. You can sign up for your first trial lesson, during which you can determine your goals together with the teacher, discuss the approximate program and take a closer look at each other. Lesson duration 60 minutes, price 450 UAH. In the future, it will be more convenient to pay for several individual Czech language lessons online at once, for example, 8 lessons - 4500 UAH.

How are the lessons going??

Learning Czech doesn't have to be difficult and exhausting. This is no ordinary school, everything is much more fun. Audio materials, educational videos and thematic presentations which will help you better understand the material. In lessons we SPEAK a lot of Czech and practice, what did you learn.

Lots of talking, stories about yourself and discussion of current topics. We will try to smoothly integrate you into the world of the Czech language. There are no impossible tasks!
